　　Well, I would say it is a bad idea to build a housing complex on the only green space. Firstly, the trees and flowers in the park can absorb lots of gases like carbon dioxide, ozone, and stuff like that. Actually, through the process of photosynthesis, trees and flowers can produce oxygen and purify the air. Additionally, trees and flowers provide shade in the summer. Through the process of transpiration, a grown tree can provide a cooling effect equivalent to 10 air-conditioner operating 20 hours a day. Lastly, the park is a very nice place for citizens to hang out. It is the very place where people do jogging, have picnics and stuff like that. Without it, the city will be very boring.
