Therefore,in order to fit the new situation,people shouldn't be satisfied with their present conditions. 　　They should absorbmany things that they may have no idea before. Gratifyingly, more andmorepeople are now trying to improve themselves by having courses after work andevensacrifice their rest time in purpose of gaining a good job. 　　As a proverb goes, “Where there's a will, there's a way.” It is inevitable that the worldof work is changing , if we determine to improve and perfect ourselvesvolitionally, I'm sure thereis a way in front of us.
