To begin with, it is a natural phenomenon for some peopleto move to developed countries. Since life in developed countries is much better, and it is an inborn human nature to fight for a better and better life;therefore, it is nothing wrong for these people to choose to live in developed countries and enjoy a better life.
However, it is developing countries that need highly-skilled and well-educated people the most. For one thing, in the world nowadays, economic development largely depends on an advanced level of science and technology. And only well-educated people can keep up with the progress of science and technological innovations in this modern world. To state it more clearly: the fast development of a country's economy greatly depends on a large percentage of talented people in the whole population. Therefore, with large numbers of highly skilled people going to live in developed countries, developing countries are surely short of talented professionals who are badly needed for developing the national economy. Developed countries, on the hand, are not in such an embarrassing situation owing to their advantageous working conditions and higher wages which can well keep talented personnel at home.
