目前鋼輪運行位置發(fā)生SKF軸承潤滑漏油時更換油封的具體步驟如下:

1.松開振動電機的四個固定螺栓,拆下振動電機(不拆下電機上的橡膠軟管).

應注意按與拆卸相反的順序安裝零件.骨架油封,、驅(qū)動軸承座和外軸承座應涂上更多的黃油,以避免壓力再次泄漏時損壞油封.

Attention should be paid to installing parts in reverse order of disassembly. The skeleton oil seal, drive bearing seat and outer bearing seat should be coated with more butter to avoid damage to the oil seal when pressure leaks again.
