　　Dear Sir or Madam, 　　My name is Fan Yang and I was in your store Wednesday last week. Iwould like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred while Iwas in your store. 　　I was browsing through the canned soft drinks and noticed aparticularly good brand of almond juice. When I reached andremoved a can to check the contents, the whole shelf collapsed,dumping at least 100 cans of various sorts onto the floor, me andother customers. I was injured and luckily the injury was minor. In myopinion, this resulted entirely from the overloading of the shelves. 　　May I suggest that in future during regular maintenance the staffmake sure that the display units are secure and put out fewerproducts in order to prevent a similar accident from happening. 　　 Yours sincerely, 　　 Fan Yang
